Aladdin oil wall lamp

Rare No 12 ‘Nashville burner’ Aladdin oil wall lamp.

The Aladdin lamp has the No. 9 to No. 11 style font which was first imported into Australia c 1923. It has the same thread as the No. 12 burner therefore it could be fitted to the font.

This Aladdin lamp has a No. 12 Nashville burner fitted which were imported to Australia c 1949. These burners are considered rare in the USA and are eagerly sought after.

Font and burner finished in unusual antique bronze and has original under burner Aladdin tripod which is supporting a 14″ pink pleated (over parchment) shade. This shade can be replaced with a white pleated, white parchment or rose parchment shade as shown in photos). There are other designs available, please check site, at a slightly higher value.

Comes with a marked Australian Lox-on Aladdin chimney and a later Aladdin wall bracket, mantle not included.

In excellent condition and burns well.
