Aladdin Bakelite Cream 1609 Rare’ Personal lamp c1952 with fluted American Shade

Would originally have been white but now aged to cream. Super Aladdin No 16A burner with new wick, Aladdin marked chimney, 14″ shade holder with fluted shade approx 17″ wide

Height of lamp to top of chimney 28″

Appear to have been sold primarily to hospitals, churches and mission stations in Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea and neighbouring Pacific countries.

Lamp is in excellent condition and burns well.

Mantle can be purchased separately.
